As part of its social responsibility, Constellation Travels, Inc ("CTI" or "We") is committed to complying with Republic Act 10173 otherwise known as "The Data Privacy Act of 2012.
This is in order to ensure that strong data protection measures are in place that will be part of CTI's foundation towards building trustworthy business relationships and earning for it a reputation as a trustworthy travel service provider.
The Data Privacy Statement provides one of the necessary conditions for using personal and sensitive data under the Data Privacy Act. This also includes data transmission from CTI to their service providers and third parties.
It ensures an adequate level of data protection as prescribed by the National Privacy Commission’s directive of protecting individuals with regard to data processing and movement of Personal Data.
